Pullman Singapore Orchard

Location was prime if you love shopping. Central to all the main malls on orchard Rd. Cleaners are particularly prompt and efficient. Rooms are fresh and strong aircon to handle the humid weather.

Hotel has very posh interior design/decor, the lounge area and restaurant setting had great ambience and decor, food at breakfast was superb. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished, bathrooms are very clean.

Location was perfect as it was close to shops and transport hubs. Slightly away from the main road which meant quick pickups for rideshares and room was quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing, especially room service.

The staff is really pro and helpful. The location is more than great.

Great central location for shopping malls and public transport, all within close proximity. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help. I flew in to Singapore on an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 7am. The staff allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. In addition they upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout.
