Location is everything! Right smack in the bustling Orchard road, next to Paragon Mall. The breakfast was superb and of very high quality. The room was super comfortable - the bed, pillows, etc. The staff were really helpful!

Hotel has very posh interior design/decor, the lounge area and restaurant setting had great ambience and decor, food at breakfast was superb. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished, bathrooms are very clean.

Location was perfect as it was close to shops and transport hubs. Slightly away from the main road which meant quick pickups for rideshares and room was quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing, especially room service.

Stayed for 4 nights. Friendly staff, assisting whenever needed, going above and beyond. Pool area clean and tidy. Breakfast had a variety for everyone, situated in a lovely restaurant. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Concierge staff- professional and courteous.

Excellent location, close to f&b and shopping and public transportation. Room though small is well-equipped and the bed is super comfy. There’s even plumbed drinkable filtered-water.

The breakfast spread was great! And the breakfast hall itself was beautiful. The staff were super nice and accommodating considering that we had a baby with us. The pool could have been bigger but our baby certainly enjoyed it especially the giant duck floaty. The location was unbeatable, right at orchard road, near somerset station (and orchard station too but that's a few more steps away).
